Ryan and Brianne Cramer are the husband-and-wife team behind Big Marble Farms, Alberta’s largest year-round greenhouse. With deep roots in Medicine Hat’s farming community, they’ve built a business focused on quality, innovation, and sustainability. Ryan’s passion for growing and Brianne’s leadership in daily operations reflect their shared commitment to family, community, and fresh, local produce. At Farm Voice Live, they’ll share how authentic storytelling and a grower’s perspective can build stronger connections between consumers and the people behind their food.

Fourth-generation ranchers from Gem, Alberta, the Doerksen brothers are reshaping what it means to raise beef in Canada. As founders of Gemstone Grass Fed Beef, they’ve transformed their family farm into a regenerative, direct-to-consumer operation focused on delivering nutrient dense, flavourful beef across Alberta. Since launching in 2018, they have expanded from online sales into a retail butcher shop and restaurant in the Calgary Farmers’ Market West. Named to Avenue Calgary’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2023, and Canada’s Outstanding Young Farmers in 2024, the brothers are passionate about bridging the gap between producers and consumers—one honest story, and one great cut of beef, at a time.
