Rosie has stepped into a global leadership role with energy and determination. She expanded her team by almost double and managed to be the mentor and day-to-day guide that her team required. And, of course, she does all of it with grace and the best possible mindset.
She’s always finding new and creative solutions to overcome any hurdle the team comes up against, and she provides guidance and advice to her team whenever we need it. She’s a great leader no matter what room she’s in.
Rosie. Rosie. Rosie…. do I need to explain why? But on a real note, Rosie is such a professional as the PR and Content Global Lead. Not only does she know best how to shepherd projects to success, she takes the time to develop her team and ensure that she mentors others to do the same. She knows the right amount of direction and the right amount of allowing her team to take risks on their own. I have learned so much from her, and every client I’ve met admires her brilliance in solving issues and creating opportunities.
