Being AGILE isn’t just about maximum speed. You also have to be able to start fast, turn on a dime and adapt to changes without warning. This award takes its name from one of the top breeds in barrel racing to recognize sure-footed staff who are able to weave through problems with ease.

Jeremy is always able to develop smart, yet clever and purposeful copy to go alongside any marketing tactic. He excels in internal and client presentations of his work, explaining the meaning behind the words he has prepared and describing how it will impact the target audience. I often go to Jeremy for advice when I feel “stuck” on a project, and he is always willing and able to provide helpful input.
When the going gets rough, Jeremy steps in and handles the roadblock like a champ. He has the ability to pivot and find the perfect solution when a project takes a 180, often times making it even better than the original solution. His agility keeps us all afloat and successful.
Jeremy is always on top of things and knows what’s going on. He’s got the context for everything figured out as well, so he’s always ready to clarify when things get a bit confusing. We’d be lost without him on the farm!
Diala is smart and very resourceful, so she easily (and quickly) is able to adjust to any and all situations!
Since Diala’s first day, Diala has continued to prove how Agile she is. She takes on any task given to her, adapts to any changes, and will work tirelessly to ensure everything is done well and on time. Even when last minute projects or “fires” come up, she is happy to help and puts in the extra work to get it done.
Any time there’s been a hiccup or last-minute change by myself or the client, Diala has handled it with calm and expertise. She communicates the next steps to me clearly and is always quick to respond to messages.
Her work with Nutrien has proven her worth for this award. She works hard and has shown being AGILE is possible with ‘the Dirt’ podcast – and not to mention she is always positive and on point with her response time and work
Diala is the quintessential queen of agility! In the year Diala has been at Adfarm, she has become an important part of the team, and we’d be lost without her guidance and ability to juggle projects. She drives each project/task/conversation with a smart and thoughtful approach.
Although I do not directly work with Syvenna on any accounts, I know she has a lot of curve balls thrown her way from clients. Even with her workload, she is always willing to pause and connect with me on any account issues I may have – or give advice on direction/next steps for my own account.
I nominate Syvenna for this award. I feel Syvenna has worked hard at establishing and maintaining her clients confidence by delivering on all of their requests no matter what they are! She works hard to address any issues by keeping the peace and respects everyone involved, epitomizing the weaving through problems with ease! She is certainly the QUARTER HORSE in that her agility is only going to get better!
Syvenna has adapted in more situations that I can count. From the smaller things, like handling difficult client questions mid-presentation and adjusting when resourcing options get slim, to larger moves, like maneuvering crucial client conversations and taking on new accounts with little warning; Syvenna does it all with a smile and grace that fills our clients and fellow AdFarmers with confidence.
Syvenna is a tremendous employee and human being. She is smart, witty, and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. She has been known to handle the most demanding and challenging clients with a smile and she supports her team to deliver better – no matter the challenge. I am honored to work alongside her.
Syvenna is always willing to step up and lend a hand in any situation. She is always quick to respond, detailed in her instruction and a true team player.
Syvenna is helpful in EVERY way. She is helpful to our clients, she is helpful to the AM team and she is helpful to the entire staff. She has jumped in to fulfill PR responsibilities, if needed. She is grabbed portions of another AM’s client work to offset workload. AND, she has grabbed new accounts as they have been onboarded, even if her current client card was full. Syvenna embodies the AdFarm culture and we are lucky to have her!
Syvenna has a lot of challenging clients, and her efforts to work with them and help them grow should be more appreciated. Also, her help on Kulture Klub is always valuable and she is a joy to work with.
