As we all learned from the late, great Patches O’Houlihan, Aaron is a master of using the Five D’s of dodgeball to dodge, duck, dip, dive, and dodge his way through daily challenges and help us score the best possible outcomes for every project.
Aaron is a pro when it comes to collaboration and delivering better results for clients. I have only worked with him a few times, but have appreciated his inclusive and friendly nature and his consistent drive to deliver better ideas.
Aaron does so much for Nutrien (and AdFarm) in his job duties, but also behind the scenes. From managing big budget projects like the eKonomics mobile app and owning all Nutrien webinar set up and creation to website maintenance and quick design work, Aaron will do everything and anything to help the team.

He always makes sure every single person he works with is happy with their project and workflow, and he’s always looking for that one little trick that might make someone’s life just a little easier.
