Virginia has proven that she is adaptable, taking on so many clients being the only Canadian PR specialist for months. She was able to take on the extra clients with ease and put in the work to make sure they were successful.
For a good number of months, Virginia was literally the entire PR&C team in Canada – and she pushed through, didn’t complain, and made everything social happen in a good way for our clients.
Virginia takes the time to understand not just her part, but the greater whole. She sees gaps in process and helps to fill them, goes beyond her typical responsibilities to improve workflows, and always takes the time to explain technical details and provide context. I always look forward to the privilege of working with Virginia, but she’s even generous with her time to consult or advise on projects outside of her own workload. She definitely exemplifies the Farm Hand teammate we should all be so lucky to have!
Julie goes above and beyond for clients and AdFarm projects. I know she puts her hard work into every client, but I have been so impressed by her work on American Royal this year. She’s been leading the charge with both PR strategy and execution, and helped create the Royal Roundup event we hosted at AdFarm.
Quiet, calm and collected. No matter the challenge or the demanding task, Julie handles herself and the business in the same methodical, approachable and honest way leading to calmer clients and better outcomes. She has a quiet, confident approach that makes people feel at ease.
Julie Warner is AdFarm’s secret weapon. She brings her farm kid work ethic to work every single day, and always strives to elevate the work we do for clients. Her PR results speak for themselves, but her invaluable contributions to our team deserve to be celebrated.
She is there to pitch in wherever needed. She helps with Media, accounting and whatever event is coming up. Add in some meditation and yoga and you are off.
Brandy keeps individuals in check. She is always there to give a helping hand whether it is a personal or work matter. She looks out for people in their best interest and promotes good health through yoga and meditation.

THIS IS HELPFUL!!! This year when the Finance Team in the US was down a team member Brandy stepped right in, cape on! The team member we lost was responsible for a massive amount of work, Media Invoices….so Brandy and her cape volunteered to learn how to do it and take over! Brandy is helpful and the best Farm Hand! This is a massive help. Brandy also does a ton a little helpful, kind things that she may think no one notices! She waters the plants, she stocks the fridge with treats, and the treat bowl with treats of course, if you needed a friend to share a story with, it would be Brandy, that’s helpful too sometimes! When I think of helpful people I think of Brandy!
Brandy has shone bright this year. She has stepped in and helped significantly with the media team within RR46, she’s taken on additional office responsibilities, has taken on a role with the new biz team, and the list goes on. She doesn’t wait for people to ask for help, Brandy is always the first to raise her hand and ask where she can help. By far one of the people I’ve leaned on the most this year and I so so appreciate it.
Brandy is one of the most helpful staff members because she keeps everyone accountable and is always there for a helping hand. For example, she helped Flint with media work when they were short on staff.
