Nicole is a strategic leader helping shape trust, collaboration and long-term growth across North America’s agriculture and food system. With more than 15 years of experience working alongside industry leaders and brands, she brings a deep understanding of the forces shaping agriculture — and how strategy, creativity and communications can move the sector forward.
At AdFarm, Nicole leads Client Excellence and Operations, responsible for the people, processes and leadership that power the agency’s work. She ensures AdFarm’s vision translates into strong client relationships, high-performing teams and impactful work for the agriculture and food sector.
Nicole serves on the Board of the Canadian Centre for Food Integrity and is a former co-chair of the Food Supply Council with the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, a former member of CropLife Canada’s Government Affairs Committee, and a former Board Trustee of the 4-H Canada Foundation.
When she’s out of the office, you will most likely find her out on a run, spending time with her husband, or at the side of the soccer pitch cheering on her two daughters
