With almost a decade of experience in high-volume recruitment, Colleen has built a career that’s focused on great customer service, a high sense of urgency and building solid networks in a variety of industries. She has worked for small agencies and global companies alike and recruited from entry-level to executive positions across a range of industries.
As a farm kid from Northern Alberta, she grew up with a strong work ethic that has led to extensive professional awards and recognition. As AdFarm’s HR & Operations Lead, Colleen gets results through effective communication, problem-solving skills, planning, monitoring, appraisal, coaching, counseling, team development and coordination. She helps keep AdFarm on track by enforcing systems and standards that drive success and achieve company goals. When Colleen isn’t working, she loves embarking on adventures like traveling and hiking, but she values spending time playing cards and games with loved ones most.
