The Marketing Science Analyst works closely with agency colleagues to identify, prioritize and address clients’ business objective and drive strategic and tactical marketing recommendations for our clients. This requires solid knowledge of tracking and measurement, data visualization, testing and evaluation, data integration and the required technology. SMA is expected to develop an understanding of common client customer behaviors and work with internal team to craft custom data reporting and practice for each client. Will have a deep understanding of the value of goal mapping to demonstrate ROI to our clients. They will enjoy working with other expertise to learn and contribute to the overall success of an initiative.
Accountabilities include:
- Contribute to the development of the marketing science discipline internally, supporting the direction of data and insight driven strategy
- Establish framework and execution of the industry benchmark product
- Own Marketing Science deliverables across a broad range of initiatives including the designing, building and automating of analyses, reports, dashboards and vendor management
- Manage day-to-day definition, implementation and auditing of tracking tags/codes across multiple digital platforms
- Contribute to the ideation, development and execution of measurement strategies and frameworks
Responsibilities/Deliverables
- Understanding of Web analytics, direct response marketing measurement, traditional marketing metrics and key performance indicators
- Desire to seek and improve data and data analysis processes
- Experience in combining and implementing analytical and creative problem-solving techniques and approaches
- Ability to interpret information and communicate effectively to co-workers at multiple levels of our organization
- Attention to detail and quality work output in a fast-paced environment
- Provide regular reporting of marketing campaign metrics
- Perform data analysis and report preparation using various tools, including MS Excel and SQL Server
- Assist in defining key performance indicators for inclusion in and development of multiple dashboards
- Integrate multi-channel marketing performance data into the marketing database and reporting systems (lead attribution, call tracking, email marketing, marketing automation, online media, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Implement marketing and website tracking via a tag management system
- Assist with email marketing campaign landing page set up and reporting as needed
Must-have skills/experience: (2-4 years of experience)
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing or equivalent related education
- 2-4 years’ experience in the marketing analytics field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including the ability to import data from multiple sources, organize data using pivot tables, macros and advanced functions, and create charts to visually display data.
- Expertise in Salesforce with the ability to create and export reports
- Experience with Alight analytics and dashboards is an asset
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager required with Google Data Studio knowledge a plus

As the Senior Account Manager, you are responsible for independently establishing, maintaining and enhancing effective relationships with existing AdFarm clients through planning and directing communication and advertising campaigns and projects, using a wide array of resources and tactics. Reporting directly to the Director of Client Services.
Responsibilities include:
- Advise client on strategic direction and planning, identifying opportunities for growth
- Championing the client, their business and their segment while collaborating with teams internally
- Maintaining client growth and health, including fiscal responsibilities
- Balancing client’s wants and needs with what is also best for AdFarm
Accountabilities/Deliverables
- Understanding client’s wants and bridge the gap between creative and client to lead to the most successful solution.
- Gather brief from client and engage AdFarm’s strategy hub for strategic development.
- Working collaboratively with the assigned Strategic Partner and the PM, a strategic plan to be laid out no matter how big or small the project/campaign, future checkpoints to be determined as a group.
- Alongside the Strategist the AM will lead the composition and presentation of the strategic direction with the client and will get client approval.
- AM writes the brief, reviews with the Strategist- the assigned PM can help collect assets or specs if needed.
- AM to develop an integrated client communications plan, based on the discipline’s (creative, PR, digital, media, strategy hub, and PM) recommendations, consistent with the creative brief, client’s requirements, budget and timelines.
- Clearly define KPI’s with internal Marketing Data Science Analyst and client to establish correct measurement goals and tracking to those set KPI’s. Report results back to client and lead reiteration of KPIs, if required.
- Serve as the primary client contact always engaging with a high sense of urgency and continually nurturing to grow the client relationship and opportunity for AdFarm.
- Strategically identify current and future client service requirements through establishing rapport and building stronger relationships with current and potential clients
- Continuously stay on top of industry issues, technologies, and opportunities. Leveraging information from the Strategy hub.
- Participate in industry events
- Strategic lead for client team, leaning on the assigned Strategist when needed.
- Attend and book internal project review meetings representing the client. Provide feedback and next steps to the internal resource team for execution
- Take meeting notes when with the client, relay and decipher the relevant info from client meeting notes, to the internal team through Workamajig (WMJ)
- Open jobs in WMJ
- Confirm estimate approvals before project kick-offs
- Partnering with Strategist & Project Management to insure adherence to the scope of work
- Project post-mortem with PMs/internal team, Resource Manager and possible client to gauge customer satisfaction
- Managing client budget control report (BCR), including forecasting, and monthly invoicing
- PM some day-to-day development of advertising activities with approved plans. Ensure that progressive stages are approved with adequate time to meet schedules, reporting any changes to the DCS.
- Acquire knowledge of client’s business so that marketing and advertising problems and opportunities may be anticipated
- Completion of annual “Strategic Account Plan” for each assigned client with support from the DCS
- Proofread copy, proofs, and other media for accuracy, last line of Quality Control before being sent to the client
Skills and Qualifications:
- Significant experience 5+yrs in professional client relationship management
- A solid background in advertising, communications, design or marketing
- The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level within advertising for the Agriculture Industry
- Extensive and proven ability to Manage a Client Budget Control Report (BCR), including forecasting, and monthly invoicing
- A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Effective team management capabilities
- A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
- Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms
- The willingness to note relevant trends and develop ideas
- The ability to work as an authoritative figure in a busy team

As the Account Coordinator, you are responsible for helping PR & Content, Account and Project manager (AM, PM) in the day-to-day administrative management of client accounts and Campaigns. This shadowing and training develop the skills necessary to advance to future opportunities in the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Tactical implementation of PR & Content strategies
- Prepare account and project service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals and other client communications and correspondence as requested from the AM/PM and PR Lead
- Participate in and document discussions during client meetings and conference calls
Accountabilities/Deliverables
- Work with an integrated team of marketing professionals to achieve client communication objectives.
- With the direction of an AM open jobs in Workamajig
- When the AM is not available serve as the client contact making sure to engage with a high sense of urgency and customer service.
- Assist the PM with day-to-day development of advertising activities with approved plans. Ensures that progressive stages are approved with adequate time to meet schedules
- Assist in coordination of campaign and project activities and content creation and proofing for CP style
- Acquire knowledge of client’s business so that marketing and advertising problems and opportunities may be anticipated
- Work with Account Managers to build and nurture relationships with clients
- Provide assistance on day-to-day client activities, including responding to client phone calls, emails, production and creative deadlines, content creation, media placements, etc., to ensure continued progress of client workflow.
- Stay aware of client activities to provide backup when account managers are unavailable.
- Gather and assemble background information and analyze as needed by account manager in development of briefs, etc.
- Handle paperwork and maintain digital and hard copy files if needed on all client activities, their competitors and their industries; maintain client correspondence file, approvals, copy, forms/documents, supplies for daily processing and tracking of account service work, etc.
Must-have skills/experience:
- Bachelor Degree, focus in PR/ Communications or Marketing
- 1-3 years experience in Social media content writing
- Basic knowledge of promoting/boosting social posts to target audience
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage concurrent projects and deadlines
- Ability to create social graphics when required
- Time management and organization
- Agriculture knowledge a very strong asset
- Writing and editing in CP style
- Experience working in PM tools is an asset
- Basic knowledge of these platforms, or willing to learn: Canva, Sprout Social, Meltwater
- Team player – Great ATTITUDE and a willingness and drive to learn
